The course is presented for adults beginning dance practice through short online video lessons focused on basic movement, rhythm and simple combinations. These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Enquiries, trial requests and contracts
Submitting an enquiry or asking for a trial lesson does not by itself create a paid course contract. A paid contract is formed only when the applicable purchase process has been completed and confirmation of the agreement is provided to the customer.
Before a customer is bound by a paid distance contract, the required pre-contract information should be made available in a clear form, including the main characteristics of the course, the total price or method by which the price is calculated, payment arrangements, access arrangements and applicable cancellation information.
3. Prices and payment
The total price and any applicable charges must be made clear before the customer places a paid order. Payment terms provided in the purchase flow or order confirmation form part of the contract.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete the purchase and for using an authorised payment method where payment is required.
4. Course access and use
Course access is intended for the customer who obtains it and is for personal learning use. The course materials may include streamed or otherwise digitally supplied video lessons. The customer is responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection for online content, and for creating a reasonably safe space in which to practise. The course is educational and practical in nature; it does not promise a particular level of confidence, performance or personal result.
5. Trial lesson
A trial lesson request allows a prospective learner to ask about experiencing the course format before deciding whether to purchase full access. Any specific conditions attached to the trial will be made clear before the trial is provided or booked.
6. Cancellation rights for distance contracts
UK consumer law provides cancellation rights for many distance contracts. For services, a consumer will generally have a 14-day cancellation period from the day after the contract is made, subject to statutory exceptions and rules about services requested to begin during that period.
Where digital content is supplied immediately and the law permits the cancellation right to be lost, this requires the consumer's prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the effect on the right to cancel. Course materials, branding, text, graphics and video content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Unless the customer has been given permission otherwise, access does not transfer ownership of those materials and does not authorise copying, resale, public distribution or commercial reuse.
The website and course must not be used unlawfully, to interfere with other users or systems, or to attempt unauthorised access to protected parts of the service.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer law. The course is designed for beginner dance practice, and learners should use reasonable care when choosing a practice space and deciding whether a movement is suitable for them.
Individual progress varies. The service does not guarantee that a learner will reach a particular performance standard, become confident at social events, or achieve another specific personal result.
10. Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control to the extent permitted by law. If such an event materially affects course delivery, reasonable steps should be taken to reduce disruption and communicate available options.

12. Governing law
